In accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK), İsa Göçmen Kickboxing Academy processes your personal data as the data controller within the scope described below.

• Health and sporting history (injury information, sports experience)

Processing Purpose and Legal Basis

Your data is processed for the purposes of providing the service, preparing your custom program and communicating with you, based on the legal grounds of contract formation and performance and legitimate interest under Article 5 of the KVKK.

Transfer

Your data is transferred only to a limited extent when legally required or required for the service (e.g. the relevant platform for WhatsApp communication).

Retention Period

Your data is stored for the statutory limitation periods (5-10 years) from the end of the service agreement, after which it is destroyed.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:
